mine is plain and simple
dirty ice cream stuffed in pandesal, perfect in a hot leisurely afternoon!
This post instantly made me crave for pan de sal. Here’s my pan de sal comfort-food combo: Cook instant pancit canton (I prefer the extra-hot variety). Place on a bowl. Top with sunny side-up egg (with crisp edges but still a li’l runny yolk) and cocktail hotdogs (the red variety for color). Slice pan de sal, fill with butter and liver spread. Toast until warm and golden, and the butter has melted and fused with the spread. Serve with the pancit canton with toppings.
I think this will be my breakfast tomorrow. Not exactly healthy but boy, this will make my day!
