I believe that the Phiten Rakuwa Sports Necklace will help relieve my body of stress and muscle pains. My work at the production floor is stressful because of the yield output we have to achieve plus the fact that my job often leaves me physical exhausted. I do a lot of reading and writing most of the time, sometimes for 3 hours straight in order to comply with my graduate studies requirements. Afterwards, my neck feels achy and my shoulders feel so stiff and tense that as much as possible, if my time permits it, I go have a massage every week just to relieve myself of all the pain. I’m 22 and very young at heart.
For two years now, I have been struggling and surviving in my first real job, an eight-to-five stay-in-a-small-cubicle in front of a computer the whole day facing tons and tons of Excel files. Sometimes, I experience back and neck pains,
In my line of work, I stay in my small cubicle at the office for the whole eight hours of the day, except for a lunch break of 20-30 minutes. Sometimes, I render overtime for a minimum of two hours. I even experienced working at the office for 15 hours straight! Talk about being overworked. I know it’s not healthy and sometimes I already experience back and neck pains. My friends frequent the big S word on me, saying I’m too Stressed.
I did try to balance my life and make it a point to go jogging once a week, if my schedule permits that is. But after the jogging exercise, I always feel very tired. Even two days after, I can still feel some muscle pains on the leg.

I am constantly on my feet 5 days a week, 8 to 10 hours each time, being a nurse trainee in an OR complex here. I heard about many good benefits of this bracelet.
